General Instructions:
- If using Microsoft Word®, download our free templates to print your invitations. If you need help with wording, see our sample wording section for various situations. Be sure to print on the inside right “page”.
- Cut a 3 ¾ " x 6 ¾ " piece of paper from the 12"x12" sheet of patterned paper.
Glue on front of the invitation (inside embossed area). Open card, cut out oval
on left hand side to create a “peek” hole to view the invitation wording.
- Cut out a 1 ½ " by 2" diamond shape from the 12"x12" sheet of patterned paper.
Experiment with the placement of the diamond on the response/reception cards.
This will give you an idea where your text will go. Once you are satisfied with
the placement, measure in from all sides. Jot down these measurements as they
will be used in the next step to set your margins.
- Once in your layout program (i.e. MS Word®, MS Publisher®, etc.), set your top,
left, right and bottom margins according to your measurements from Step 3. Print
out cards and glue in diamond shape with a dab of glue.
- Add pearl embellishments as shown with a dab of glue.
