  • Black Stamping Ink
  • 12"x12" paper
  • Rubber Stamp Alphabets
  • Raffia
  • Oval Tags
  • Scissors
  • Glue Stick
  • Ruler
  • Hole Punch

General Instructions:

  1. Pick a font that matches as close as possible to the font on the rubber stamp alphabets being used. Print invitations, reply/response cards with desired text. If you are using Microsoft WordŽ, you can download our free templates with preset margins. We also offer sample wording for different situations.
  2. Use the rubber stamps to stamp words onto the oval tags. Allow to dry completely before handling.
  3. Punch holes in the top left corner of the cards, about 1/4" from embossed edge.
  4. Attach tags with Raffia or your favorite ribbon.
  5. To line the half-fold envelope cut the 12"x12" paper to 7 ˝" x 7 ˝" (4 ˝" x 4 ˝" for reply/response envelopes). Use a glue stick to adhere paper inside envelope (12"x12" paper comes in many colors and patterns, allowing you to coordinate with your event theme.)
